  If I could give this store a zero I would. I currently contacted this cricket and a female by the name Melanie was extremely rude. She lied, withheld information and hustle a customer. She did not seem to care should the needs and will tell you anything you want to hear JUST TO MAKE A SALE! I would never recommend anyone here. Make sure you ask everything about everything cause she will with hold info. From my experience. Also when confronted about it she said I ASSUMED YOU KNEW, and if I was teacher her how to sale. Never again. I hope it doesn't happen to y'all!

  If I could give it a Zero I would. Very horrible customer service here wouldn’t recommend it at all unless you want to get your money stolen!!!!!!
