  Couldn't find leasing office. When we found the Crescent info office it was closed with no directions or number to get ahold of a available receptionist. When we called the number on here they wanted to give us a different number. At this point we wasted 45 minutes running around for nothing. Wouldn't recommend. Management should have a better way to communicate with potential occupants.

  I moved my parents here from NY and people have been very easy to deal with. Brittany answers emails quickly and efficiently and is extremely pleasant, too! We have gotten help (from her and others) with keys, access, and all our questions answered. Work done in the place (e.g. adding a shower bar) was efficient and friendly. It has been about 6 weeks since move-in and things are going very well.
