  Creekside Home Health Care helped take care of my husband for 4 years. At times he had the services of Physical therapy, Occupational therapy, personal care assistant and an RN. They were all very professional and kind. Jane Seum, RN is the best! As an old RN myself, I was thoroughly confident of the care given by Jane and her colleagues.

  Creekside Home Health Care has been assisting our family for several years. I couldn't think of using any other services. They have been there to assist us with both Home Hospice, and Home Health care. I highly recommend Creekside Home Health Care to anyone looking for an inclusive service of caring Health professionals.
