  Roads are terrible they need a lot of work hard to get in and out without tearing up your vehicle

  Management is great. The Maintenance guys are the best. The park is very quite. They are doing improvements in the park. It is a small park which is a good thing. The owners are wonderful.

  I thought this was a great place but it was so far from it. They claim to be so christian and willing to help you but that goes out the window when you move in. I was overpaying for a 3/2 that was threw together. The carpet was nasty when I moved in was promised to get cleaned but never got done have pictures to prove it. The maintainence man is a sexual predator they don't tell you that when you move in I found three a worker that quit.I can go on they evict families with children they claim to work with you but don't and hurry up to put it on your credit.

  Great new management! Wonderful people and very accommodating. Looking forward to many years with them.
