  This company opened up a negative report on me that negatively affected my credit score. I had never recieved the bill they were collecting for so I called them to straighten it out. They said if I paid the bill they would remove the negative collection record and my credit score would be restored. I paid the bill and now two months later they still have not removed the negative remarks. So it seems that whether you pay this agency or not for a collection, even if they promise to do so, they will not remove the negative record which affects your credit score. Until they hold to thier word and fix negative information they have filed on credit scores such as mine, I would recommend this collection agency is not paid for the debts it is trying to collect.
