  Easy to put together and great customer service! Leslee is the best and helped me pick the right color for my pillows after I chose a dark gray that most likely would not fit the theme of my room. Room is still not done yet but the Futon is legit!!!

  nice prices and friendly helpful service... glad to find a place that sells a variety of mattresses without need to purchase the frame. great store for replacing an old mattress or buying a whole new frame to make a brand new set. much thanks to the store owner who was very knowledgeable about what all the different mattresses are made out of. this store also has a good selection of covers to choose from, both decorative and simple choices avail. thank you creative futons!

  I purchase a "top of the line" futon mattress. When I got it home and sat on it it felt like it was alternatively swallowing me or pushing me off the side. When I called the store the owner was very argumentative and unhelpful. Right now I am in the process of trying to get my money back through VISA because the store would not take it back. I had offered to pay the 25% restocking fee and buy the next lower grade (cotton and springs) mattress with the store credit. The owner demanded that I bring it back right away. I dropped everything I was doing and jumped in the car. On the way there she called me and asked why I wasn't there yet. When I told her I lived in the desert she got all kinds of combative, accusative, deceitful and downright uncivil. I brought the mattress back in perfect condition and they refused to refund my money. Don't shop here.
