  My mom ordered me flowers for mother’s day and what they delivered was inexcusable. The yellow roses were brown and the leaves were actually dry and crumbling. I was so upset I brought them back to store. The owner was so rude to me. He told me the flowers are beautiful. I wish you can add photos to this review because I can not believe he had the nerve to deliver these and tell me they were beautiful. Then he tells me that because his florist was telemarketed out from a florist closer to my mom he makes no money from my order. Basically saying he could care less what I received. He was so rude and his wife behind counter was smirking the whole time. I obviously left the flowers and will never go back there again. I’m still shocked at the way he treated me.

  I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for our anniversary and the flowers that were delivered to her looked completely different from what I ordered online. I was very unhappy with this florist, and I’ve never had a problem like this before. They changed the vase, they were missing certain flowers, and when I called to explain to them my disappointment, they did nothing to help me or comfort me. I would never recommend this place to someone.

  They did wedding arrangement for my brothers wedding last week, the flowers were unique, fresh flowers, delivered on time, everyone appreciated the arrangements People took flower home , the flowers were fresh until the next week. , You should definitely give your next flower order from this store next time.

  Wow! Absolutely perfect displays and floral arrangements. Ontime delivery. Superb customer service!! So very pleased with my flowers from Creative Flowers n Decor. My guests were wowed at the presentation, the freshness and also the intricacies of each bouquet. Very meticulous florist...all bouquets were exactly as I ordered. Thank you Creative Flowers. I can't wait to order again.

  I got 5 bouquets and 20 center pieces from Raj at Creative Flowers N Decor for my wedding. While I was extremely satisfied with the product, the service was lacking in some respects. There was no formal order form, and each time I went into the shop to do something with my order, the owner had no record of how much money I had paid, how much money I owed, or what I even ordered. I had to repeat all of the facts each time I went in. Although I did not care so much the day of, the 2 corsages I ordered and paid for were not delivered. On the positive side, my flowers were delivered to the venue on-time, and everything was beautiful. The flowers are also good quality because I still them (although they are dry), and they look great.
