  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a SCHEDULED appointment for today that was made 3 weeks ago and the technician never showed up! Upon calling the company, the dispatcher told me that it was my fault for not confirming the appointment ahead of time! Why do I need to confirm a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT! They were rude on the phone and when I asked if the technician could still come today, since I already had taken of work, I was told that he was at another job! A job scheduled at the same time as my appointment?!?! SHADY to say the least. Think more than twice before using this company!

  Stay away! Scam and fraud. Worse experience with this company. They are calling us dishonest for work that was promised "lifetime warranty." Shortly after the repair was done the seam on our couch opened up again. They are denying us any refund and repair. $180 down the drain for poor work. The company manager sent Crystal Mahon (who normally does car repairs) to do our job because the furniture guy wasn't available. We took a photo of the repair work while it was in progress. They are denying that they would use that kind of thread and needle for the job. Meaning the repair work was done incorrectly by the technician. We do not recommend this company for any repair work unless you want to waste your hard earned money!
