  Very friendly service. Always happy with my chai lattes and hot chocolate. Convenient location being close to the Giant Eagle.

  We were informed by the employee that we should return our cup to the counter because it inconvenienced her last time we were there. Then she informed me there was no coffee..... at a coffee shop. The owners should really start taking a look at this place. The employees are really attitude-y.

  Staff seems uncaring. Isn't informative depending on situation. The coffee is stale and watery. I know other locations are better than this.

  Good coffee.. friendly baristas... good cookies and danish... support crazy mocha! We need a good coffee shop in this area!!
