::Great service, pretty good food, really awful seating. We were seated at a tiny table (maybe 18"X24") cramed between equally compact seating. Evertime wait staff or other customers came by they had to squeeze through sideways dragging their coats, purses and long hair dangerously close to our food and beverages . Wait staff struggled to find room for 2 entrees and drinks. Apparently even with fairly high prices this franchise finds it necessary to squeeze their clientele even further by reducing there dining experience to that of a T-Rex 🦖(no elbow room needed). There is plenty of generous seating available, so perhaps request ahead. Overall our Crave experience felt more crammed than anything to Crave.

::Went here for a double date last night (Valentine’s Day). We had a GREAT time! Our food was delicious. We got the lemon garlic wings for appetizers and filet mignon for our entrees. Our waiter was also very attentive & had a sense of humor which was nice. He let us know the kitchen was running behind but made sure that our drinks were full as we waited. We will be coming back for sure!

::My husband made a reservation for us just last night and his reservation had gotten bumped up to an earlier time. We received the notice 15 minutes before the new time change. Obviously we didn't make it on time and waited an additional 45 minutes afterwards for our table. After our ORIGINAL reservation! We left! Rude staff. No apologies. No nothing

::Wonderful food; the restaurant wasn’t nearly as full as I remembered on a Friday night, and the crowd was a little older; the food arrived REALLY quickly and the manager came over to check in and schmooze, always appreciated. Our server was friendly, place was clean and music appropriate. They also have a great Crave card promo going on. 35% tip.

::In the past my experience has been good at Crave. However, today's visit was not the case. For lunch I ordered the Garlic Lemon Wings and they were not fully cooked and did not taste fresh. Of course I did not realize it until I had already taken several bites. I tried multiple wings and they all had areas that were red. I let the waiter know that I did not want anything credited back but to please let the chef know about the wings not being done do no one gets sick. I'm not sure if he told the chef or not because he threw the wings in the trash (I was sitting at the bar) right at the bar. He did credit my bill for the wings though. Well, the moral of this story is that I've been throwing up all evening and all that I see is raw chicken meat. Crave, please make sure your wings are fresh and fully cooked before someone gets severely ill or worse.
