  I found CrankWorks to have better than competitive pricing and a staff that was very helpful in finding the right bike for me. Additionally, over a year later, they tuned my bike at no cost to me. The staff is very knowledgeable and accomodating. Highly recommendable.

  Wendy (owner) and his staff were super helpful in fixing my road bike issues. This bike shop is right next door to the Runcible Spoon Café Shop in Nyack, NY. In my opinion the experience was great customer service, fast service, professional advice, and reasonably priced. Furthermore, I enjoyed my café and muffin while I waited.

  Wendy is simply the best mechanic around and a great guy! I drive way out of my way for his work and I enjoy supporting him in his new shop in Nyack! I have known him for years as a customer of his former employer's shop and am so happy he went into business for himself!
