Service was good, and the seating was nice with it being outside, but also with a little fire to keep warm. However, the fried chicken was a problem. It was moist, but the crust fell off the entire piece once I bit in. So, that's not good fried chicken. Huge bummer. My partner has a seafood dish that he seemed satisfied with. The ladies' bathroom was pretty grungy too. A lot of graffiti on the walls.

The one item on this menu I cannot resist...the burger! I know they have issues with ketchup but it's the only thing missing for me. I have had the burger several times and I CRAVE it. It's juicy, spiced just right and oh so messy. I love love love it. I also tried a gin cocktail on the server's suggestion and wow, I never know I liked gin so much. The servers here are always very nice and accommodating. It's a great place, go in with a positive attitude and you won't be disappointed.

What a fun bar. It was super busy all night, but there were plenty of bartenders and servers. Even on a cold day spring they had the windows open to people sitting near the fires. The decoration was amazing and very modern. I think my husband wanted to go there simply for the animals all over the walls.

This place is just right on a lot of levels. The food is good. The service is good. And the beer list is long. We usually dine with our two young daughters and especially appreciated the fact that both the hostess and the server at Craft & Commerce made it clear that, although the restaurant doesn’t have a kids menu, they could do a number of kid-friendly versions of food served. Kids loved it and recommended that I give this place five stars.

So I posted this review on Yelp and it was removed. I think it's ridiculous because this reviews a first aid experience at this horrible place. Discrimination of foreigners at its finest. Original post: Just irritated that we are going through this in 2018. An identification card from ANY government should (and by law is) a valid form of ID. Demanding that people bring their passports and subject themselves to the risk of being abducted and/or ransomed with a passport is insane. If you have a foreign ID, don't waste your time. The manager will go full Aryan on you and will not do anything unless you're silly enough to carry your passport around. CA state law does not demand a passport (in case you wondered) and that's why this place is trash. Waste of my vacation. Friends of Friends of Friends will never go back. I recommend avoiding it and going someplace more inclusive and friendly of all demographics.
