  When I first called to schedule my appointment for my root canal, I asked if my insurance was on file because I was referred to them by my Dentist, they said yes. I get there today, Dr Lee explained to me how everything will go, and numbed me. A couple minutes later, Jennifer told me that my procedure would be $1,745.00 and I asked was that with my insurance? She then told me that they were out of network and I’d have to pay out of pocket and my insurance will “reimburse me” in a few weeks. I didn’t feel comfortable with that because I felt they should have told me they were “out of network” before I was numbed, and also because they told me on the phone that my insurance was on file! They should have told me this when I first walked in the door. Nice people, but I felt played. I walked out numb with nothing done. 🤦🏾‍♀️

  Right before going on vacation I was having significant pain in one of my molars. My dentist called Crabtree Endodontics to see if they could squeeze me in. Dr. Isaac Lee stayed late along with his assistant Rachel to perform a root canal. This team did a phenomenal job. They both communicated exacting details on the procedure (it was my first root canal). Dr. Lee's skills performing the root canal were superb. I want to thank Dr. Lee and his team for such a great experience far exceeding my expectations. What an asset to this office!

  Very caring and professional doctor and staff. They accepted an emergency appointment to fix my tooth before Christmas and removed all the pain and discomfort. Doctor did a great job of explaining the issue and the repairs to my tooth.

  After two consecutive horrible experiences at other practices I was even more nervous than I imagine is typical when scheduling a root canal at Cary Endodontics, but they exceeded expectations and went above and beyond to solve my problem when it was not at all their fault. They handled a chaotic scheduling process with an upset potential patient professionally and got me in the next morning, which was incredible given that the other places I had tried wanted me to wait 1-3+ weeks for an appointment when I could not sleep or eat due to tooth pain. With my anxiety I am sure I was a pain to work with (pun intended), but everyone there was kind, and I can tell that Dr. Reynolds is extremely good at what he does. It was more expensive and a further drive for me but both of those things were completely worth it. I wish I had gone here from the start and will certainly do so if I ever need a similar treatment (hopefully not!). If you need a root canal please do not even consider going anywhere else. I am extremely fortunate to have found this practice when I needed it and very grateful to the entire team.

  I can't say enough wonderful things about this dental practice. I was in a lot of pain when I called & the receptionist was so kind in getting me an appointment ASAP. Everyone in the office is kind & caring. The Endodontist & his assistant are incredibly skilled & they made me feel so comfortable & I knew I was in good hands. The root canal was pain free & extremely fast. I read tons of excellent reviews about this office prior to my visit & I can definitely say that every excellent review is absolutely true! As another reviewer said, I don't want to "need" another root canal but if I do, I will be happy to go back to this office. I am so thankful I found them & I hope they know how much I appreciate everything they did for me.
