  This office is the reason why I support TOTAL ABOLISHMENT of USPS. It's located in the busiest section of downtown but they don't take cards..

  The post office has changed so much! I used to go often but since I purchase stamps online its rare that I go. I believe I will continue to purchase online due to the shady peopled hanging out there now.

  This post office continually fails on all accounts. My wife's birthday present was last scanned at 6am at this location. The end. Another package unrelated, same thing and was delivered. I will actively never use the USPS again. USPS? Isn't the last S for service? More like Suffering. I cannot wait to move so I can get away from this accursed USPS "hub". Anyone you talk to anywhere around Charlotte that has to deal with mail coming through this location has at least one story of how terrible it is with all interactions. You should be ashamed. I can't wait for you to go out of business and stop annoying the world with your hot garbage level "service". Thanks for ruining my wife's birthday you jerks.

  I have had the WORST customer service experience in my life with USPS. I forwarded my mail for a move, it never came, Ive called this place a million times and they do not pick up. AWFUL. I can only hope for the worst for them.
