::Pretty pathetic service. I signed up online for a skills session with these folks through the AHA website. I never got any feedback or confirmation from them. When I texted the number provided to inquire about payment, I got a text back saying the session was cancelled -- no follow-up on when another session might be. I definitely won't be going to them for future certification needs.
