  THIS LOCATION IS NOW CALLED COZY NAILS Esther did my nails today she was very angry.  She mumbled words and pulled my hands and feet whenever she needed me to do something, instead of speaking.  As I tried to create a brief conversation,  it was clear she spoke English very well, therefore we didn't have any misunderstanding due to language.  Bottom line,  my manicure/pedicure looked horrible. It's important for me to support local businesses, but quality of service and excellent customer service is important for any business.  I believe they have work to do! I shared my feedback with the owner. She was kind and offered me a free future service. I declined because this is not a location I will return too. I did thank her for time.
