  We came here for my birthday and had a terrible experience due to how rude the guy running the front desk is. He was incredibly snappy and standoffish, I understand people have bad days but he had the absolute worst attitude and customer service i have ever come across while we were checking in AND while we checked out. I wouldn't come back to this place just because of him unfortunately.

  Place rocks. Nice clean remodel. The people running the front office are so nice. Convenient to everything will def stay here again if I'm ever in the area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Very clean too.

  For the price, this place is great! Cozy Inn, please don't increase your prices! It's about 13min away from everything which was perfect for us. It's quiet, tucked in, and easy to get to. The people at the front desk are super helpful and friendly. There is even a little 4ft pool if you need to cool off in the summer. The rooms have some wear and tear, but nothing that prevented us from having a romantic night. We had to ask for toilet paper and the fridge still had some stuff in it from the previous people, but again this is totally okay given the fact that this is a cheap place. The beds were comfy, the towels were clean, and the shower works. We were on a budget, and this place gave us what we needed! Thank you!

  The Cozy Inn in Costa Mesa is my go to place to stay. It’s very affordable. It’s off the main road so it’s quiet. They always everything I need. Steve the manger is great and always helps me out. If you book directly through them it’s cheaper. I highly suggest it.

  Cozy Inn is a great place to stay. Staff is friendly. Room was decently clean. You’re definitely getting what you paid for. Walls are a little thin so you do hear the freeway traffic and anyone or anything moving in the room next door. Not a bad place to stay if you’re just needing a place to sleep!
