  Problem with their system didn't allow me to pay online or over the phone. Could not get there... Moneytogo charged my bank account 3 times, my bank thought it was a scam and blocked my account provoking automatically other payments that were scheduled that day not to go through and causing late fees. I decided to call moneytogo and guess what?I've got $10 late fees with them too!!! How is it possible your system has a problem and I have to pay for that?! That's unbelievable!

  Had a great experience until Leslie the manager realized that she didn’t know company policy. How can a manager not know company policy to it’s entirely?
