  I had wonderful work experience with Covenant Surgical Partners where I did my first Internship. I did a study on this organization when I got to know about my Internship site. Their growth over such a short term was impressed me and realized that this is the best place to start my carrier. As a fresher, I was a little nervous about doing work in such a well-established organization. All changed from my very first day. Got a warm welcome from the team. Everyone in the team were enthusiastic and focused for the organization mission. My Supervisor teach me a lot, truly appreciate her knowledge, experience, decision making and patience. Working with Covenant was a great value add to my career. Thanks to team Covenant Surgical Partners (Nashville).
