  Today was my first visit. I must say I think my 5 year old will talk about her experience here for weeks!!! The front desk temp. was so friendly and warm, the gentleman (not sure if he is the owner or manager)who works there also warm and friendly, the tech was so down to earth and friendly, she was actually the first person who did not make x rays painful, the dental hygienist knew her job and took pride in it as well, my teeth have never felt so clean, and the dentist was so honest and patient. I had an appointment for a cleaning and what I thought was just a filling, turned out I needed minor work but there was a discrepancy with my insurance, instead of them letting me pay, start the work and hoping the insurance covered, they cancelled the work until Monday when the insurance can be re verified. If this was anywhere else I've been they would have taken my money, began the work and stuck me with a bill afterwards! I have already referred my family! Keep up the good work!!!

  Great service in a great location. I have been coming here for the past year to have my teeth cleaned and my wisdom teeth removed and I highly recommend it to others. Dr. Mills and her staff are always friendly and professional. The office is very tastefully decorated with a rustic, modern charm and all of the equipment in the office is brand new and top of the line. The staff has been very accommodating in scheduling my appointments - they even offer appointments on Saturdays. They always follow up with a reminder text or call 2-3 days before your appointment and have even contacted me in advance to notify me that the office would be closed due to an incoming snowstorm.

  They were very helpful and very attentive. I booked an appointment at the last minute because I was in pain. They were professional and courtesy. The location has parking which is convenient. The place is small but has update technology. I was able to see my xrays clearly and i asked a lot of questions before i left. THEY HAD PATIENCE! It smells like a dentist when u walk in but it's really nice inside. They explain the process as they examined.

  Very modern facility with state of the art equipment. Very pleasant experience from the moment you walk-in. Great customer service at front desk and very attentive to all your questions. The dental service was also the best I’ve ever had. Will definitely recommend to anyone.

  The phone etiquette of the staff was pleasant. I was able to schedule a Saturday appointment for my daughter and myself as two new patients. I received a confirmatory text for my daughter's appointment and a confirmatory e-mail for my appointment three days prior. However, the day of the appointments, the office was closed. I stayed locally, giving them the benefit of the doubt, and left two outreach messages. Sunday the office was closed. Monday was a holiday. On Tuesday, no one from the practice called me. On Wednesday, late afternoon, I had to call for an explanation. The person who took the call was pleasant and apologized. She wrote down my information and promised to provide it to the office manager. At this point, anything that the manager can say is a mute point as they have lost 4 new potential patients. Hopefully, they will learn from this experience how to run their practice better. First impressions are lasting impressions.
