::I’m sorry we picked this shop to fix my car! Totally disappointed. Took over a month. Still no car. They haven’t even called me once to update me. I’ve had to call them and I always talk to the same receptionist who never seems to remember me, and doesn’t know ANYTHING about what’s going on. She needs to retire. When I got my car back, white streaks all over the windows and mirrors. Soap stains in the interior. Interior panels are loose. Wind sound when driving. Weird smell inside with wet carpets. The interior was perfect when they received it! I’m thinking of contacting the BBB because they’re so unbelievably unprofessional and the work was that bad. Again, I’m sorry we used this shop. Avoid them!!

::GEICO sent me here; I was the hitee. Coury's Auto Body was in GEICO's one stop repair including estimate, loaner (Enterprise) and body shop essentially all in one place. I'd rather not have been hit, but the entire process was seamless . If I ever need body work, I would come back to Coury's for their professionalism and efficiency.

::Manager guy very disgusting and disrespectful. Receptionist asked him how long it would take to repair my car. He came out threw my papers down on the table and said it will get fixed whenever it gets fixed. And walks away never came back. Hope this business gets shut down because they seem to think we’re asking them for a hand out. We’re paying for the service. Plus the place is filthy and location is damn near on the street. They have so many cars in the yard that look like they won’t start fixing any time soon. If I could give zero stars I would.
