::I am currently staying here for an extended stay for business. The hotel is quite nice, and the staff is very helpful, even setting up a welcome dinner for my group and allowing us to use empty meeting rooms. The breakfast at the cafe is great too. The location is not the best, however, unless you're attending events at one of the stadia nearby. Good access to public transit, but the area is pretty dead at night, with most restaurants closing by 9 or 10.

::Went to Seattle for a overnight trip with our kids. The hotel is new and kept well clean. Valet service to park cars and a warm greetings from the front desk. We were able to leave our bags with the hotel as we were early and explore downtown, awesome! Once we got back to our room it was nice and clean they did a good job! Room had no views but not going to complain to much about that. Two queens and a decent sized bathroom with a mini fridge and flat screen TV that is smart...hello Netflix! Bar on the lobby level had good prices for happy hour, aka adult time! All in all a great time. The only downside and reason for a star taken away was the homeless problem. I will not give into politics of this but having trash and people asking for money every 20ft is not something I enjoy as we are on vacation.

::First off the girl making my original reservation hung up on me! I bought a beer in the lobby but my fridge was warm. My king bed was the smallest king bed I've ever sleept in or at least it seemed that way. Also maybe its just me but the carpet in my room could use a good cleaning. Staff were very friendly other then being hung up on. Oh ya when you face the street and it is so noisy it would be a good idea to keep earplugs in the room. I used toilet paper and it's just not the same.

::Loved it. Didn't have much of a view but it's the kind of hotel that you hope for when you go for a trip. Beds were so comfy I almost didn't want to get up to explore Seattle. TV had every American show I could think of and internet was quite fast.

::Nice hotel friendly staff. It's right by Pioneer Square and the train station. The area gets a little quiet at night but there's a lot of little restaurants that are nice. It's a good spot to stay if you're on a budget.
