  My room didn't look anything like in the photos on the hotel website - I assume I got an updated room. Clean, funtional and tons of electrical outlets near bed as well as near the couch. The bathroom is bright and large with large counter space and a tub. The only thing missing for me was a handheld shower. The gym would need some work - small and crowded with only three people. Ended up going only once. Also, I do agree with another review about the 4 dollar bottle of purified water (incorrectly tagged as a lifewtr brand).

  Great location but under reno/ notice high, service was great but confusing breakfast, I've never had to pay for breakfast banana and yogurt is all for 8 dollars. Breakfast attendant had me sign but front said no, not sure but that was the only confusing part. Not sure if breakfast was charged or not. Literally banana yogurt and coffee

  Location: very convenient, especially if you are in Bellevue for business. Lots of good food around, likely walking distance from whatever company you are visiting. Parking: Under the hotel, parking is tight so be sure to rent a smaller car if possible. There is a newly opened Starbucks downstairs which is good for quick breakfast.

  the most basic necessity: Water. $4 per small 1L Aquafina. C’mon. I’m talking about WATER. So I went downstairs if I can get some water with ice in a cup at the bar. The lady in the lobby looked very “eager” to help said I can get ice from the machine and water from the sink in our room lol. This is embarrassing and low one for Marriott. Even motels in 3rd world countries give complimentary water. see the picture below. I took the pic next to the toilet because thats how I see it. This happened at 12:45am on dec 28 2022. Also why do people say location is good here? I would go to Hyatt or the W. its literally in the middle of everything trust me Im local here just staycationing. Oh and if you’re platinum SPG member, please do not come here. The room does not equate to your valued membership. definitely my last time here with my family

  We passed through for a layover at the hotel. The staff is not trained to handle the simplest of requests and instead end up snowballing any issue. When I tried to voice my concerns they were not heard either by staff/management. I am writing this review to have a voice as no-one has even once considered hearing the customers side of things. I'm not sure if this stems in the organization as a whole. I wish there was an equal system by Marriott, that can handle concerns directly instead of putting it right back on the hotel. Which becomes a bias opinion. I wish the hotel/origination success, however will not be returning to this location as the experience I had - I do not wish upon any valued guests or Marriott Bonvoy members. Good day!
