::It's a very nice hotel I love the convenience of having a bar/Starbucks in the lobby. Very comfortable bed, nice size rooms. There is a coffee machine in the room plus a bar fridge. The courtyard has a pool with many comfortable patio furniture plus a fire pit. It was awesome to hangout out there.

::This location has been around for a long time, undergoing at least three renovations over the years. Unfortunately, the rooms do not have a "modern" Courtyard layout, so the standard Courtyard furniture fits oddly. Probably because of the age, the HVAC units are exterior wall units, noisier than internal systems. The teeny refrigerator in the room wasn't cold, and we requested help. An engineer came and offered to bring a larger unit to hold our ice chest contents, and he did, right away! Balconies are as deep as the two chairs are wide that reside there. Nice pool and outdoor seating areas. No hot tub. Everything spotless (except the smears on the sliding door). Standard spacious bistro area. Rooms facing I280 will be noisier, but the freeway noise is pervasive outdoors.

::This is a mediocre but fine enough hotel with the major selling point of being very close to Apple Park. The rooms are pretty dated, and could use a refresh, but they are fine. The restaurant is fairly basic. The location is Bay Area wasteland style, but there's a strip mall with a couple of not terrible restaurants within easy walking distance, and another fancier strip mall within longer walking distance across the highway.

::Location is great obviously, but the rooms and amenities are very lacking, especially for the price paid for weekday rates. Water pressure is extremely low and internet speeds are very slow. Noise may also be an issue since it is right next to the highway. The staff are friendly but I ran into multiple issues during my 4 day stay. Really didn't feel like an elite guest. All in all, come for the location but be prepared to sacrifice in other areas.

::I think most guests of this hotel might be Apple visitors because it's very close to Apple Park. So am I, actually I tried to book Residence Inn Cupertino which is located a block away but if I tried to book over 2 days the rate soared up so I stayed only two days there and moved to this hotel. I know these two hotels belong to the same hotel chain and there is a price difference, but comparing to Residence Inn, this hotel was so disappointing. After coming back on the end of day 1, I noticed the room was not cleaned. I knew their policy is cleaning not every day so I understood the situation and went to the front desk and asked to clean on the next day and he said yes. On the next day, I came back to the room and saw the room was not cleaned yet, I went to the front desk again. My actual complaint is not due to not cleaning the room. When I went to the front desk, the guy was processing the check in with a lady which seemed a new guest. I waited there for 10 min and had to watch them to chat. I know they need to be kind to all guests but I'm pretty sure the check-in process was done soon but they were laughing and chatting endlessly even he was aware of me waiting there. Finally the chat was over and he said, the room issue was not his fault and he surely asked the cleaners so it's their fault. That's fine, how can I find it's who's fault but again, more annoying thing was disregarding the guest waiting there and just did whatever check-in process for a long time until he wanted to finish. In addition to that, overall quality is also super much better at Residence Inn, so don't stay here and go to RI instead.
