  They charged my account more than they should have I called multiple times and never saw my money again! I think it’s very unprofessional that I never got a call back when they took down my phone number multiple times. It’s been over 2 months and I am still waiting! Very terrible experience I will not come back or recommend to anyone.

  I stayed, and everything was perfect. And then I checked out, and about an hour later I realized I left my green jacket on the chair in my room. I called, and they told me the housekeeper looked and could not find my jacket. So long story short, the housekeeper stole my jacket because I am 100% sure I left it in the room. Watch your belongings in this place.

  Marriott has certainly home downhill. Smaller rooms than lesser priced hotels. The only Hotel I've ever not been offered a free continental breakfast. Soft mattresses and older mattresses, causing me issues with my lumbar spine to the point where I could not even sleep. Only offers Starbucks in the lobby, the coffee of which I cannot stand, and the coffee which was priced twice what it is priced in their stores, and for which Marriott takes a cut. Etcetera!!

  Don't be fooled by the poor ratings. This place is spectacular. I showed up 6 hours before check in and they managed to check me in right away. Clean rooms and clean bathrooms. Beautiful place to stay, and it is close to an amazing shopping center. Whole Foods and Trader Joes close.
