  The hotel is very nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would recommend especially if your adding the opry to you must see. This is not convenient to downtown.

  Good hotel option in the Opryland area. This particular courtyard appears to have been recently renovated and is clean with newish furniture. The indoor pool is also decent.

  Great room, looks modern and updated. Shower was great, and the bathroom was spacious as well. The air/heat worked as expected and the TV was pretty sweet too, as it moved on a swivel. The couch was very nice looking, but for people with bad backs like me, it was not very comfortable at all, I spent most of my sitting time in the comfortable desk chair. Room cleaning service left something to be desired. The sheets were not changed (don't have a problem with this when the hotel gives you the option to not do it, but when they don't my expectation is for the sheets to be changed daily), also, the face towel that I hung on the shower rod was still there when we came back to the room from being out all day ... cleaning people never looked up. Also the empty coffee cup that I left on the desk was still there when we got back, and no coffee was left for us to drink the next morning, so I had to have the front desk bring some to our room. Overall, the place was okay and affordable, with a decent closeness to downtown attractions.
