  This hotel is located in an easily accessible area, and many things to do within 5-10 minutes away. Very friendly staff, and rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel also provides food and drinks above the lobby, both of which were exceptional. Would highly recommend.

  Really nice hotel. On a busy street, so getting to it in ride-share can be somewhat interesting. One of the nicest exercise areas I've used.

  I was in LA for business and figured this would be a nice hotel to stay at. My business trip ended up costing me over $6,200 extra because my backpack was stolen from inside my room during the day. When I got back to my room around 4 my key card wasn’t working and either was my friends key card (what a coincidence). Every person in the staff is telling me a different story, the house keeper said she saw someone walk in and out of my room... The hotel didn’t do a thing rather then tell me we’re sorry but we can’t do anything. What kind of service is that! This happened Saturday October 14, 2017. It’s already Wednesday October 18, 2017 and nothing has changed!
