The walls are very thin, I could hear the couple next door very loudly. The sheets are rather uncomfortable. My boyfriend and I had rashes from the roughness of the sheets. Overall the room was nice, it would’ve been better if there was a bathtub. The room was kind of small for the price. I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels and had bigger rooms. The front desk was really nice and they tended to all of our needs. I probably wouldn’t recommend this place just because you could probably find something cheaper and better quality.

Build is so new that some of the outdoor seating has yet to be fully unwrapped. Ultra-contemporary and modern in design and ambiance. Oddly already experiencing random technology issues, such as charging ports in side tables lacking power and side entrance doors that are inoperative. Staff was pleasant and efficient, but no upgrade offered on a platinum check in (property may lack suites; did not inquire). Overall, high marks for a property that outperforms its corporate tier and is deserving of higher grading, unlike the myriad properties substantially overrated in nearby Nassau, Queens or Kings counties.

I stayed next door at the Residence Inn, one night in January and two nights in February. Both times my husband and I had drinks and a meal at the bar in this hotel. General Manager, Susan runs a great shop. Her staff are well trained, very professional and efficient. Asia and Akua are the "A Team" at the bar/café. They make great drinks and prepare good food. More importantly, they are absolutely delightful professionals.
