  We've stayed here 3 times in 4 years and each time the price has gone up noticeably. We travel on a budget and Boston in general is getting more and more expensive each time we go to PAX. The hotel has done some very nice updates in that time. The bathroom in our room was spacious and modern but the entryway was only just wide enough to get the luggage cart through. The door didn't help either. I know that the door is designed for fire safety so there's nothing that can be done there, it just made it difficult to get our stuff in and out of the room. It is a very nice hotel to stay in and it's fairly close to the BCEC but the price is higher each year so we may not stay there in the future.

  Great location in theater district. Easy to get to park, subway stations and chinatown. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I love how they have taken an old spot and made it feel modern and comfortable.

  Stayed at hotel for a business conference. Location is in the theater district close to some nice restaurants and activities. Room was a little dated. In the morning to my surprise the shower did not work, not water at all. Called front desk and they sent engineer up to look. He worked on shower for a little bit but I had to ask to move rooms. Engineer helped facilitate the change and he was great. He personally went downstairs to change out my new room key. I wish the client facing staff was as professional and attentive as him. He did a great job. Overall an ok stay. I've stayed in nicer locations in the city.

  The location is fantastic with tons of restaurants within a short walking distance from the hotel. There's also a T station nearby for easy transportation around the city. Luxurious looking lobby. The rooms are gorgeous, especially luxurious bathrooms with a walk in shower.

  The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Room had an odd layout (kind of wedgeshaped) and no dresser. My kids enjoyed it! Many different restaurants are in close proximity, an easy walk. I would definitely recommend this Courtyard.
