  Do not stay here. Staff are a bunch of liars. From check in to check out was horrible. Room was booked prior to arrival , and went I went to check in the room “wasn’t available”. My room was booked aligned with family, so we should’ve been next to each other but we were not. No accommodations. I was told someone would call me when my room was ready so I walked around until 5:30. (I’m from Florida). Upon checking in, I was asked for my credit card I asked why because the room was already paid for. Was told it was for “incidentals” only. I swiped it. I was so tired from walking around when I got to my room I went to sleep. When I went to shower the next morning the handle fell off. Not to mention, the tub was dirty, stains. Hairs and my son didn’t even want to shower .So, I went downstairs to let them know , about my checkin experience and then about the shower. The people at the desks acknowledged having prior issues with the room I was given. They did offer to move me, which I accepted .My aunt’s room, the next day floods. Leaving a sour smell, resulting in her having to move. Upon check out ,they attempted to charge me for a prior paid room. “Supposedly” they got it fixed and the balance was zero. Two days later after returning, my credit card was charged double the fee; and I am currently trying to contact the manager who basically lied upon check out and will no longer return calls. This hotel is a nightmare!! Beware, do not stay here. DAVID is the manager, do not trust any word that comes from his mouth. I would rate zero stars if I could.

  I had a great stay at the Marriott The checking-in process was very smooth and I was quickly in my room. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The bed was super comfortable and every morning the housekeeper would make it up with fresh linen. The bathroom was great too - with clean towels, plenty of hot water and nice amenities. I took advantage of the hotel's gym and pool facilities - both were clean and well-maintained. For me, the best part about my stay was the friendly and helpful staff. It was always a pleasure to interact with them and they always went above and beyond to help me with whatever I needed. Highly recommend Marriott for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

  Most of the outlets didn't work. Water didn't get hot at all. Room smells musty. A shame to the marriot brand. Beds were hard. Towels were rough and thin. Rooms feels like it should be a motel.

  We stayed here for a soccer tournament. Great location - safe area. Hotel was clean some of the players said no hot water - but we were good, Staff was a little short and seemed little overwhelmed - restaurant/bar closed early on for a weekend. Overall I would recommend

  This place is terrible!! We booked several rooms for my daughter's wedding months in advance only to get there and find out they gave the suite that the bride was to stay in was given away. No explanation. The rooms were small. The parking pass I was given didn't work. The food was trash. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
