::One of the nicest all around Courtyards I’ve stayed. The grounds are well kept and very clean. The room is spotless and the bed is super comfy. No weird smells, no toenails on the carpet and no mildew on the a/c. At your convenience in your room is two Life waters for $6 a bottle. Lol, ummk. The towels are plentiful and looked brand new. The linens were crisp and clean and ohhhh boyyyy the 55” tv came in clutch for football. Only quirk, as is with most Courtyards, is the Bistro. They have like five food items to choose from and are “out” of three of them. Like, if you don’t wanna cook a quesadilla just say that. I don’t feel Bistro girl who could barely look up from her cell phone and her “Aw we ain’t got that” response to every thing I wanted from the menu is worth a star deduction.

::We stayed here for 4 nights over Christmas. I am LTE and at checkin the usual questions about points or credit were asked, limited housekeeping schedule was explained but my status was not mentioned. We were on the fifth floor of the six story courtyard, and our room was clean and quiet. The shower is walk-in with no door so you get a drafty shower, the mattress was uncomfortable with sunken areas where people lay. The tv has lots of streaming options. The hotel is in a great location with lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The stay was uneventful until the last night when I encountered a scruffy looking gentleman in the hallway outside my room. I was alone and now at the end in a corner of a deserted hallway. I startled him as much as he startled me, he dropped (intentionally) a cell phone a left quickly. The front desk handled it appropriately by calling the police, not sure what the outcome was. Over the 4 nights we were there the front desk was unattended a lot of the time, not surprised unwelcome visitors could get in. There is a $9 a day parking fee, not sure why because parking is not an issue. Well actually I know why, which is just another hidden fee. 😡😡😡

::We were booked for a king size bed, it's a Queen. The mattress is hard, the sheets feel like bargain bin, washed in anti fungal then stored for a year along with the towels. At check in, we were told the continental breakfast starts at 7, except it isn't. The truth is, I've had more comfortable stays in a red roof inn in the middle of nowhere Ohio. Would not recommend this hotel.

::Great hotel, in a good location near my clients. Limited breakfast menu though I guess due to staffing? Staff were very nice and friendly and helpful. Room was super clean and smelled nice.

::Really impressed by this hotel! Everything about it is very modern and clean. The rooms are not huge but it has plenty of desk space, a (I think?) 55” tv that swivels, a very cute loveseat with ottoman (perhaps only king rooms I am not sure), high end shampoos and soap (Paul Mitchell!), and modern fixtures. There is a bar, a Starbucks coffee corner, and a 24/7 snack/frozen dinner market with microwave. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.
