  I went about 9 months ago! Bad service, the general dentist( Indian Dentist) is the worst doctor that a I have seen in my life. I wonder if he received a ethics and empathy in his university or the way to treat patients. Higienist was very polite. Assistant performed several X-ray until she did a good Jod after several attempts. Today I visited another clinic, and I have same caries that he found and worked on this 9 months ago. My insurance doesn’t cover this caries because Courtesy worked on this in my last visit. So, I through away my money.

  Bad customer service all there bad, Took a 1 1/2 hour long for me to see that Doctor not friendly polite all staff bad not longer going there don't recommend this shity place.

  Ortho and general and the hygienist are all fantastic. Very efficient office. Great staff. Easy to work with.

  I've had the best experience with this office. I've been going to this office for the past 8 years. Never had any issues and I absolutely love the front desk girls. They always make me feel welcome and like we are family. Keep up the good work.

  I had a great experience until today. When this employee questioned me about if I didn't paid my bill in my last visit. I asked her to double check twice, because I had the proof of my payment. She refused it and ignore me at the same time every one in the waiting room heard what she was saying loudly, rude and on unprofessional way that she is not going to check because the computer shows to her That I owe. Her name is Jessica... Worst costumer service ever... I have to asked to another girl for help, so this one kindly found that they make a mistake posting my payment in my account without a apologize... Management should assure their team knows about courtesy and manners, specially when its in a professional office!
