  Excellent service - the washer in my rental apartment died. Two phone calls was all I needed. Vinnie helped me choose a very reasonably priced machine and arranged the install with my tenant. Installation was done as scheduled. Tenants are happy and I’m Titally impressed. Thank you for going above and beyond with your service. I will recommend you to everyone!!!

  Melissa is very knowledgeable, guided us to the right things we needed & made our experience a very easy one. This was out 3rd buying experience with County & they did a Gr8 job again. Their delivery team also was right on time & were in & out quick.

  I am a longtime customer but I had purchased a large window air conditioner two years ago on sale at Home Depot. Because I didn't know much about what questions I should ask (electrical requirements, noise level, etc.), after spending a lot of money to have it installed, I was never happy with it and finally gave it away when I had new windows installed this year. So, this spring I went to County. They helped me understand what size air conditioner I would need to cool the area I needed, the electrical requirements, and all the other details I needed to be sure I would buy the right product. They were extremely responsive, directed me well, and the installation of the large air conditioner and a smaller one went really smoothly - which is the same experience I've had in the past with other appliances that I've purchased from them. Next time, I will go straight to County TV for any of my appliance needs! It's a wonderful local business that cares about its clients needs.

  Very efficient and professional. They didn't try to upsell me but were very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions to help choose the best product for me. Delivery and installation went really smoothly; the delivery guys were very helpful and knowledgeable as well.
