  Shortly after sitting in the examination chair, I was offered FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE an oral cancer examination using an alternate light source(led flashlight). This is shameless. A dentist is supposed to assess their patients mouth for cancer. I can assume this flashlight may have cost the office, yet so does a stethescope or a blood pressure machine. Does a primary MD ask for an $20 cash to listen your lungs? Then, in my opinion to instill some more fear, they asked that I sign for declining the flashlight examination. The dentists obviously do not care enough about their patients to assess fully with a light that available at there fingertips. So.... crappy assessment for insurance patients, but will do a little better for some more cash?? I researched the light, it reads that it cost under $1000 (5yrs ago) and no "per patient fee". I find the whole thing appalling.

  They used to be so good. I’m not sure what happened. My regular hygienist is no longer there. The office manager & appointment booker fails to disclose costs when specifically asked. This then Snowballs into me leaving work early without pay for no reason. And they lack empathy. I will never return. If I could give negative 👎 I would. If you do choose to go to this dental office PROCEED WITH CAUTION, or don’t proceed at all.

  Dr. Christo was awesome and the staff were friendly. Hardly any waiting time.

  Awesome experience yesterday at this office! Got me in and out in 30 minutes! Excellent help at front desk and my Dentist was wonderful!

  I went for my regular checkup & cleaning yesterday at the New City office. Everything went well, I was taken reasonably on time, & all staff were friendly & personable. Best of all...no more hard sell of extra dental services & products.
