  I've lived here for over 20+ years and I must say it's a great mobile home park to live in. Close to the markets and freeway. Both entry gates to the park are kept secure and locked. If you need a key(s) or an extra remote for an entry gate into the park or the pool gate, management will provide them for you to keep. The park is kept clean, the people are nice and pretty much keep to themselves. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for, what I think, are higher than normal prices for the rental spaces though.

  The manger so rude/unprofessional and so mean, she never been in the office . Gate alway broken and pool close . The recent manager should be fired immediately. Our park getting bad review recently since she has this position .

  Its starting to get pretty hot. The pool should be open now, if not everyday at least every weekend. Manager is rude/unprofessional overall. I feel all of this should be changed as soon as possible.

  This place is such a bad place to live in. So many inconveniences and it makes it hard for my family and I to live in. The manager is very bad at the job they’re very inconsistent on notices whether the power goes out or she becomes unreliable and announces the pool will be open and it’s not when we check. There needs to be a new manager

  The gate is always broken and the pool is always locked the manager needs to be fired. She doesn’t have a job properly, she is rude to the homeowners the pool is basically never opened. Everyone works around here except for the manager. We lived here long enough to know how to be treated and this past year we haven’t been treated right with this manager.
