  Sometimes great businesses have cranky customers. So take any less favorable reviews with a chunk of salt. The better reviews for Country Road proved to be on target. I'm from out of town and needed extra care in evaluating a used 01 (yes 2001!) Honda Insight hybrid for my daughter. Bob and staff took exceptional care to scrutinize the vehicle with the expertise I could not be confident that area Honda dealer service departments would provide. BTW... the name Ernesto DePaule is pseudo/pen name. My name is Doug Ehrlich from Colorado. Glad to be identified as a very satisfied customer, and pleased to commend this company for their care.

  I took my truck in for regular maintenance, they did some repair work, explained the issues I had, and gave me the option to opt out of some of the repairs or reschedule them. No pressure, very friendly service. I've already recommended them to my office workers.

  Not very friendly to deal with. Talked to on be guy on the phone was helpful. Went in and counter guy was a jerk

  Country Road Automotive is excellent. In these days of up-selling and pawning off of utterly unnecessary service, this is a professional, personable and attentive repair shop. Bob is extremely informative and takes the time to explain his hypothesis, defines a plan of action and ensures that the customer understands the plan and then goes about performing the job. The dealer gave me us quote for $8K+ to service and repair our car. Bob's conservative and methodical approach ended up in us just spending $750. Based on his plan, we are still waiting and watching to see if any of the dealer recommended service is warranted. But nearly 1 month after the car was serviced at Country Road, the car is running just fine without any of the symptoms.
