::The location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. A special shout out to the breakfast crew. So friendly and helpful, even when they were very busy. The room was clean and somewhat utilitarian, but it worked for us. I would have liked housekeeping to come in every day instead of every 3rd day. We only stayed 2 days. The hallway on the first floor smelled like mildew, I addressed the certain with the hotel and they took care of it. Overall it was just fine for what we needed.

::This place is disgusting. There's hair, food, dirt all over. An empty can still in the room. Beds are awful. We're missing a remote. Don't stay here. Adding to my review since we got here very late and now I've had a chance to see and experience more. We were texted upon arrival that housekeeping would come every 3 days, but this morning (after a late check in) some girl came barging into our room. There's no sign to put up saying do not disturb. Soooooo excited she woke our kids up after a midnight bedtime. And now my kids are freaked out that anyone can just come into our room. There are also dead ants, even more hair that is 100% not ours, filthy bathroom floor(after wiping up a small puddle from showering the washcloth was gray), and dry pee puddles by/on the toilet. Also, our ground floor room with a sliding window won't lock, so pretty much anyone can just come into our room through that.

::Fine rooms, decent pool and hot tub. Don't fall for the "upgrade" email though. I thought I read carefully, but they replaced my 2-queen room with a single king+pullout. I signed up for the most expensive "upgrade" because I really thought it was two kings in separate rooms. They were out of two queen rooms, so they did take off the upcharge for me at least. Breakfast is what you'd expect. I was there for a tournament so the hotel was full and breakfast was crowded. They open the conference room, so at least there was seating, but they were always out of at least one of the hot dish. The staff seemed to always be bringing stuff out, so they were working hard. I imagine the kitchen just can't cook fast enough when the hotel is full. The food wasn't terrible though. The potatoes were crispy and good. The omelets had some salt and flavor to them. My son loved the sausage patties. They did have fresh oranges, apples and bananas too.

::On Tuesday of this week, my mom and I stayed in room #325. A few concerning things regarding our stay. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk to greet us and it was extremely dark. After having to use the desk phone to call for a worker, someone finally came to assist us. We got onto the elevator and headed towards our room. One of the hotel rooms on our way to our room, had a very busted, broken door and access to that room was very open with no security. Also, the door to our room had been broken and you could see directly into our room. It looked as if it had been broken into. The rom key worked however the deadbolt did not and neither did the second security lock at the top of the door. It was all very unsettling. We left to go get food and when we did the two workers were outside smoking and when we returned the workers were still sitting outside smoking. The next morning, we went down to the front desk to check out and had to wait because again there was no worker at the desk to check us out of our room. After about 5 minutes a man came in from smoking outside and checked us out. He did not look like a worker at the hotel, he was wearing pjs. I never received a receipt for my room. The rating and the pictures online are extremely misleading and I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. The workers were absent, unprofessional, and the room overall felt very unsafe.

::Check in was easy. First night we were there, one of the doors to get outside had some blood on it. Let the front desk know and they cleaned it off right away. Didn’t stick around to watch, but it wasn’t there the next day. Got a text soon after we checked in that our room would be serviced every 3rd day. We checked in on Monday, checked out Friday of Thanksgiving week. I assumed either Wednesday or Thursday we would have gotten new towels, at least. I get it was the holiday, but we didn’t get anything. Wasn’t even a knock on our door for service. I went to the desk to let them know we hadn’t gotten any service, and they just handed us some bedding and towels, and gave us a bag to put the bedding in. There wasn’t a full roll of toilet paper when we got in, and we ran out. I had asked for a few towels after a couple days, but it seemed like that was a slight inconvenience, so I didn’t want to have to ask for other things. They have breakfast and it’s hot. The staff there was very nice. There was an employee that was very helpful, kept offering to help if needed, packed our kids a snack bag for our trip home. The kids enjoyed the pool. It was pretty chilly, but a pool is a pool. The gym area is very minimal: treadmill, elliptical, bike, and cable machine. They do have towels in there, but not sure where to put them when finished. There were also wipes to clean off equipment. It was ok. I just got it because my family had chosen the hotel. But would have gotten a different place.
