::Uhm where do I begin?!? The bath tub looked horrible so I used my flip flops as shower shoes. There was a roach in my room or so I thought but it was actually a blunt roach when my friend came to investigate. The free breakfast was not good so that on day two of my stay I just ate my personal leftover snacks for breakfast. The floor by the breakfast area was also sticky. Other guests were arguing in the halls, slamming doors, and running around. My tv picture was full of static for 10 channels. The elevator went out twice. The best thing about my stay was the comfy bed and when we actualy left. Now the front desk staff was nice and that's about all that was truly nice about this location. Please stay somewhere else because there has got to be a better hotel within this price range...don't punish yourself!!!!!

::If your there for one night it's ok, but not for a vacation stay. The neighborhood is not very safe and the staff is not very friendly in the am. Needs updated. I will not be back.

::DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! The hotel was overpriced considering it’s location and how the rooms looked. The first room I had was not what I asked or paid for so I had to be moved. The second room was awful. It was a very bad odor in the room. Nothing worked and the tubs need to be replaced. The bed was uncomfortable and the tv was small and did not show good. It was a terrible experience and I would not go back. I would have actually left that night but I couldn’t get my money back.

::I come here every year for the circus. This year i tried Ramada hotel. But when i arrived there were no refrigerators microwaves or crib for my child as promised and their customer service was terrible. So i called Country Inn&Suites and told them the situation. I had 20 minutes before my event started and explained i would need to check in quickly. So she gathered my information and when i arrived it only took 4 minutes to fully check in. I was given a complimentary bag with items to replenish my hunger and thirst. The room was clean, smelled great, had very comfy beds, amazingly soft pillows and the hotel was quiet. Anything we requested was brought to the room swiftly. They also remodeled the hotel which is always a plus. Costumer service was a nothing short of spectacular and greatly appreciated!
