Booked the room for eight days. Not once did they clean the room, even though we asked. I had to go to the front deck many times to reset the room key because they programmed it incorrectly. The room was infested with ants, and you could tell it was not cleaned properly. The table, tv, lamps mirror all had dust building up and food on it that my wife cleaned. Even though the hotel was cheaper than others closer to downtown, the room was overpriced for the service. The elevator door is broken and kept slamming shut. The staff at the front desk were rude and acted like they didn't want to come to work. We were bothering them just by being in the hotel. We will never use the company again. Not for my company's trips or personal.

I'm used to staying in lower quality places, and while this was better than some as far as space I was rather disappointed. One - the lamps at the bed had no buttons to turn them on - it was plugged in behind the bed & that was the only way to get them on - there was no clock. The microwave was missing the turn plate. Water pressure non existent. If I paid ½ as much as I did I wouldn't care at all but def overpriced. The staff were nice tho & breakfast looked good - didn't really get to eat due to running a ½ marathon.

The ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL I’ve ever stayed in. I’m visiting Atlanta for my birthday and I was expecting the best experience due to the fact I’ve never stayed at a country inn that was this poorly kept. First I walked into my room and it stinks, I was expecting a fresh smell, the sheets still had stains on them, there was food still left in the microwave from a previous guest, the toilet seat was dirty( I had to clean it before using it), the ceiling in bathroom is peeling, there’s mold stains on the bathroom wall and the furniture is so outdated!!! My 4 night stay was quickly narrowed down to an one night stay!…and the only reason I stayed that one night is because I was told I would be charged for the one night regardless if I stayed or not. I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all. The only good experience I had was the front desk clerk was nice.

For such a company with a great location, they seem to not care about the facility and it’s amenities at all. The hallway was dirty and had the same pieces of trash: candy wrapper, pieces of paper and empty chips bag, in the same place for 3 consecutive days. Worst breakfast I’ve ever had. And it is really not hard to provide a complete and simple breakfast because I have had better in so called cheaper motels while traveling. Whoever is in charge definitely doesn’t seem to care to do a better job. This reflects poorly on the company. Staff was nice enough when spoken to, but was never present, and weren’t helpful if you needed advice about what to do or where to go in the area.- Not a big issue. Their fitness center is just 3 treadmills. No weight racks, no bands. Bummer. I’m not putting the place down, but I’d love for them to take it more serious because it can be better and definitely attract more customers. To summarize, if you’re just looking for a place to just crash, don’t expect more than just that.

This hotel is in a great location. Literally feet away from the stadium. Owner/Manager please make improvements. Bathroom door hinge was coming off, tub faucet did not even touch the wall, tissue holder was literally falling out of the wall, the box tissue under the sink was empty, there was a couple of dried dead bugs on the bathroom walls, one of the lamps had black electrical tape covering the chord but it was dusty so it had started to peel away from the chord holder, the worse part was that the mini coffee pot had mold in. That means the rooms are not thoroughly checked after guests leave. There was no basket on the coffee maker to make coffee so whoever was there previously put the coffee bag directly into the water to brew. Please make some changes, the location is perfect for stadium events but things like mold are very serious issues.
