::I was completely blown away with how beautiful the rooms were and the decor. I'll stay there again and again.

::Bedbugs! Don't stay here! And the room was not very clean: dried urine on the toilet seat, grimy residue on the light switches, lamp bases and furniture handles.

::I recently had the pleasure of staying at this location the weekend before Thanksgiving. Check in was easy and staff was super friendly and very helpful. Housekeeping made sure I was stocked on towels and bed was made everyday. It was absolutely clean. It didn’t have that weird musty hotel smell. The beds were super comfortable. The hot breakfast area was also stocked and ready. The breakfast area is clean. I used the washer and dryer here as well which was very convenient.

::I have stayed at this particular Country Inn as well as in other states and was always very satisfied with my stays. However, this time I had a rather unpleasant stay, and I would not stay at this one again. That said, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. But the hotel itself was rather tired and threadbare, the carpets were stained, and everything generally looked like it was just getting by and not being well maintained, cleaned, or kept up to date. In particular, my first room smelled so bad of urine and mildew odor that I requested a room change. The second room had a slight mildew smell as well, but it was not bad enough to be worth asking to change rooms again. The air conditioners in both rooms had mold spots on the airflow fins and likely inside them as well. The sheets and towels had stains on them, and the bathroom floor was so sticky when walking on it that I spent time washing it until I didn't stick to it any more. My other complaint was the continental breakfast. It was truly pathetic - just some white bread and bagels, sugary dry cereal, and hard boiled eggs. The price and location were reasonable, and it wasn't abysmal, but as I said, I wouldn't stay there again myself.

::The room we booked through hotels.com was unavailable. They put us in 2 king rooms with a pull out couch instead. The second room was discounted which was nice. Unfortunately one of the rooms had trash, adult toys(found by my child), and cigarette buts underneath the pull out couch as well as stains on it. No fitted sheet was available for the pull out couch. The double room was supposed to have a bathtub and since I have a small child I was hoping our replacement room did also but it didn't. I would have been fine with the 2 rooms but since it was so disgusting I am so upset. Hotels.com tried to get a refund but the management denied claims that there was trash in the room and it was denied. This room is hardly worth $50 at regular price let alone $200.
