::DO NOT STAY HERE ITS SO DIRTY AND They have BED BUGS !This hotel is beyond sketchy and have bed bugs . After checking into room (315) to be exact . I woke up 5 in the morning to discover more then 10 bites on me . After realizing this I go down to the lobby to Report this. Not only was the front desk guy very inconsiderate by his reaction was like he already knew there are bedbugs and he was expecting someone to report it. When I asked if I they could talk to the manger he tells me “my manger doesn’t have a phone he only has a email “...... how can a manger of this huge hotel not have a cell phone ...... He then tells me that I have to deal with it and go back to my room because the hotel is sold out but 10 minutes later tells me that he has a room available but the door is broken . So not having a choice me and my boyfriend go to the broken door room . After a whole night of no sleep due to getting all my stuff from my old room and moving to the new room they still made me check out at 11 am . So when I checked out I asked for the manger again and he happened to be at the front desk . After telling him the situation he also seemed like he didn’t care and told me he could only give me a $60 refund out of the $260 I paid for the room . After asking him if there was a customer service phone number I could call or his manager he told me that they don’t have customer service that he is the manager of the whole entire franchise which is strange to me and not possible. After looking on yelp I discovered two other customers have reported bedbugs within the past month (attached them to this post) . The next day after getting home I had to go to the ER because my bites swelled up within 24 hours . Since I booked the hotel through Expedia I called them and told them about the situation they also agreed that I should have gotten a FULL refund. Now the situation is that Expedia has to file a claim with the hotel because now the hotel is ignoring our phone calls. I think this is a huge sanitation issue and if they had over three cases of bedbug bites with in the past month they should close the hotel for a few days and sanitize the whole entire hotel. I did not recommend anyone staying here ever. If you look at yelp you can see 7 other people complain about bed bugs

::Courteous staff. Good breakfast spread. WiFi and affordable place to stay closer to Manhattan

::The lobby is deceptively nice. Our room was clean, but that's all. Carpets had tons of large stains, the hot tub had no faucet, so it was totally useless. Both of our key cards only worked the first time, after that, we had to get maintenence to open the door for us.

::Great location, less that 5 minutes from the subway which takes you right to Manhatten. The rooms are large and clean but seemed to have a fair amount of broken stuff in them, like the dresser and jetted tub, (the shower still worked prefect and had great pressure). Free breakfast was pretty basic, nothing special but it's free so that's nice. And the staff seemed nice though interaction with them was minimal.
