  I have lived here since 8/2015 and since the new management has taken over it has been a great place to live. Property is well taken care of and maintained. Very quiet small community.

  Loui, the leasing agent, was so helpful, genuine, and kind. He worked very hard to get me approved to move in. The property is very nice and well kept. The apartment is clean, and updated. I’m eternally grateful.

  I have one word for you, BUGS!!!!! Also, the apartment I had was, decent, however, the rent was way to much for what you get. I'm literally renting a 3 bedroom. 2 bathroom house for what I paid to get a two bedroom apartment. I would describe these apartments as follows: Imagine you didn't shower for two months, and put clean clothes on, over your dirty body. Imagine you didn't wash your face for two weeks, and then you put makeup over your dirty, oily face. What I'm trying to say, is that the building itself is very poorly made and the maintenance does a shawty job. They just cover up the issues and cut corners.

  I really like this place. Very nice neighbors, a great view (where available), and a good value for the area. Very clean and treated well. Loui, the leasing manager, is Amazing. Truly cares. I'm sure I'll be here a while.

  This is a great place to live. The management personnel is very responsive to your needs. it is a small community that would suit the needs of people that might have a low income. It is an affordable place against most other properties in the price you would pay for these apartments.
