  I've never been skunked there, always found what I needed. There are too few neighborhood hardware stores left.

  Not the biggest Ace hardware around, but they had what I needed. After calling five different Ace stores more local to me, all much larger. Ace in West Islip had what the others were supposed to have in stock. The man behind the counter was fast to help, friendly, and I had my item in literally less than two minutes. Thank You Ace hardware of West Islip....

  Customer service was great, I brought in the part I needed replaced, the staff went to find it and brought it back to the counter, which gave me time to shop holiday lights and decorations.

  Dank store and friendly staff. Much better then corndicks at home depot.
