Always fun to go to Costco. The people working there are always nice and helpful. Never fails that I spend more than I intended too. It's ok though, because I use everything I purchased. Another big bonus, the Costco at Nashville West has the some of the cheapest ($ wise) gasoline in the city!

Costco did an amazing job for military appreciation day! We got a goody bag, coffee, breakfast and a nice shopping experience. It was also great to get to talk to older vets that served in the korean war and Vietnam war.

I've been coming to Costco for over 15 years, have been to multiple locations, but this one was the worse. I went on a Saturday as usual very busy. It was finally my turn to check out. The first thing I noticed is the clerk( a male) gave me an odd look, and didn't even say " Hi, or how are you doing today? " just stayed staring at me. It didn't bother me at first. But once my family was approaching I noticed it he gave them an odd look. At this point I now know he is racially profiling my family, and I. He goes in a very rude tone " who's paying" I told him I was. Normally I'm always caring a lot, so my family has my money for me all the time, and when I'm about to make the payment he goes in a rude tone once again " Is it your card? Let me see your membership card and that card your paying with. " Keep in mind when you check out they physically hold your Costco card until your done paying. So I told him, you have it. You never gave it back. And he said something very low I couldn't hear. He gave me my cards back and stayed starring and didn't even say " Thank you, or have a great day. " This IS THE LAST time I will ever shop with them again. I don't appreciate employees that racially profile their customers, and on top of that are very rude. They just lost a loyal customer, and future clients. Now I'm making sure my patients, friends, and co workers know the type of business they run, and don't ever experience what I went through. **Update** Diane the store manager at this store just called me and the first thing she said and I quote " I have been in the company for over 30 years, and that was not racial profiling ". Yes, you read that correct. This is the type of people they have working for them. On top of here saying that I explained to her why it was racial profiling, but Diane does not seem to understand. I cancelled my membership a while back, and don't regret that decision. I'm happily shopping with Sam's Club, and so far it has been a very good experience. I will continue letting everyone I know what kind of company this is!

Larger store than previous one. Large wine selection. Coolers for dairy and vegetables /fruit. Different layout then previous store. Will take some time getting used to. Gas station has Diesel at every pump. Been 3 times and have Not had to wait for a pump!

This Costco is nice but the customer service compared to other Costco locations leaves a lot to be desired. It is mostly the cashier supervisor (male who most recently worked on 11/25/2017) has consistently been lacking customer service skills that should be required at a retail store environment. I will travel the extra distance to go to Franklin when I need products that Sam's does not stock. This cashier supervisor cost Costco a regular $300-$400 a week customer. Not a lot in the grand scheme of things but a few more will lead to a few more.....
