  Worst experience you can get I went as a walk in for an eye exam and ask for an opening they said we can put you in in half an hour then after one and half hour told me we can not see you They have no consideration to people time

  Avoid this place. They lost my chart, and want me to pay 60 bucks for another eye exam, when I want is a copy of my.prescription to order contacts. My husband and I did exams on the same day. We have our bank statement showing we paid for two eye exams. This place is a joke.

  Two years in a row. Wrong prescription written and many returns. Not worth it.

  I've been getting glasses here for more than 10 years. My most recent prescription has been unsatisfactory. After three returns to the new lab they are using, I still do not see as well as with an older identical prescription. the anti-glare coating is also a problem requiring frequent cleaning of glasses. I plan to return my glasses and go to an independent optician. Sorry, Costco. You need a new lab and a different anti-glare product.
