::I recently bought tires from here and I missy say I had a horrible experience. Prior to this tire center I have been to multiple Costco tire centers and I must say the customer service here is horrible. First took two days for me just to order tires, and even when I ordered the tire I was provided with wrong information. I went to another Costco tire center where the service was exceptional...not all Costco centers are the same...to.me this by far is below mediocre. It was a good thing Costco return policy is lax...I was able to get the proper tires I require. See New Rochelle tire center for exceptional service.

::They told each customer there it would be only 50 minutes. I, and others, ended up waiting over 3 hours. The employee eventually whispered to someone that they're required to say 50 minutes even when they know it's wrong. No updates, no details, vague reassurances only, hour after hour. Obviously not recommended.

::Excellent Costco service that you come to expect of Costco. Replaced 4 tires for my 3 yr old still under warranty BMW. They had to special-order run-flats but they were delivered within a day! Installation by Cheo was super fast. I also found Cheo to be very courteous and knowledable on the subject of tires and he helped me choose the right one. The discounts that Costco gives on excellent tires is just the icing on the cake. I just wish that they start carrying Pirelli run-flats too!

::HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE took me two hours to get my vehicle even into the goddam system I'm so angry for 30 minutes there was no one in the actual store but me and another customer. HORRIBLE do not go here for your tires. Maybe you people should employ more than one person huh??? Genuinely took 2 hours of my life and I still have to wait until my tire is put on the car, probably before 830 pm tonight. I'm so angry people DO NOT GO HERE
