  Dropped off my car for a flat repair. Was told it will be about an hour and a half. No problem. However when I came back I was told that the tire was not repairable and that someone should have called to let me know. At this point of the day it’s to late to get the tier repaired any place else. There solution? Drive on a leaking spare a few days until they can order some off brand replacement.

  The wait is just too long every time I go there and the employees behind the front desk are always confused as to who is next. Get your policies, procedures, and training right Costco or get rid of the tire center if you can't do it right.

  I just needed air put in my tire and they were happy to do it for me. He even took the time to give me some pointers that I wasn't aware of.

  Not professional at all! Ask extra money from customers. I have a small nail on tire surface (2016 ford). They want to sell me the tire pressure monitor together with the patch repair sevice. That is funny.
