  Terrible service at Westbury long island location. Dont take appointments on weekends. Had to wait 10 minutes just for some one show up at the desk. Had to wait 2 hrs just to receive call they couldn't open car with spare key. Got there and opened car with spare key without any problems. It took them another 30 minutes to just start on car. My confidence level is very low. I hope $1,000 tires are installed properly.

  Very busy Costco, but the folks working there are very nice. Costco needs to add more staff and fix the darn door so it's not opening every other second and freezing everyone.

  They really need more people up front working. They have 1 person in front, and it takes him 20 minutes per customer. This is ridiculous. Can't even give me a estimate on how much longer my car will take.

  Hate them for their policy of not wanting to install only 2 tires they try to sell 4 so they make more money

  Need more staff to take of customers. Lomg wait time is annoying, even for the simplest trancsaction.
