  THE PHOTO CENTER IN NEW ROCHELLE CLOSED A MONTH AGO - be warned! Just today, I had to go to Yonkers to get passport photos after first stopping at New Rochelle because google still showed there being a photo center at this location.

  Great service and variety. But be warned, my debit card was skimmed at this Costco in July 2016. Several unknown charges were made in Texas in a card I ONLY use at Costco. I had to file a police report. Manager said corporate would contact me, but I have NOT heard from them after two weeks.
