  Use any other pharmacy. Arrogant - yet incompetent. All knowing - yet ignorant. And on top of that - they really could not care less about serving their customer. I prefer writing positive reviews, but these folks cross the line.

  Lowest prices anywhere, but service is often spotty due to high turnover -- you rarely see the same person twice.

  This Pharmacy employs "policies and practices" that are designed to help the least amount of people. They only "order medications" first thing in the morning - which does NOTHING to help those who are on strict medication regimens and see their doctors in the morning and then bring their prescriptions into the pharmacy as quick as they can. Sadly, not quick enough for Costco's ordering schedule - which SHOULD be at least TWICE a day to provide for patients. VERY SAD to see this kind of restrictive - and potentially health damaging - practice on the part of a provider.

  I don't have a membership and they still let me use the pharmacy. Best prices for cash patients I've seen so far, and the customer service is phenomenal!

  Worst customer service over the phone in the world ever. Besides ridiculously long hold times no matter the time of day , each time the call is picked up its by a different person who either puts you on hold again or has no idea why youre calling in the first place...if they werent the cheapest place to get my expensive medication i would never use them
